GHSA is utilizing digital passes for 2024-2025. A few passholders, primarily lifetime passholders, may present white plastic cards in the traditional style at the pass gate, but all other passholders will present a digital credential-screenshots are not accepted, and the cardholder must be present.

There are several different types of passes:

School Staff Pass
School System Pass
Lifetime Pass
Official’s Pass-Maybe a different color
GCPS Senior Citizen’s Pass-Yellow
GCPS Mentor’s Pass-Blue
GCPS Employee Pass-ONLY ADMITS THE EMPLOYEE

The Official’s pass ONLY admits the PASSHOLDER. Only ONE

The School Staff Pass, School System Pass, and Lifetime Pass admits the PASSHOLDER plus ONE. TWO Total

Do not accept expired plastic or digital passes. Only accept current year passes. The pass should be in the DragonFlyMax app. NOT a screenshot. (It will appear in the top right corner).

Pass Policy:

GHSA pass: Georgia High School Association passes are issued to each high school coach and administrator and entitles the bearer, plus one, admission to any sanctioned high school activity.

Senior citizen, system retiree, system employee pass: Citizens of Gwinnett County (age 65 or older) may apply for a pass, which entitles the bearer the same privileges as the system employee pass. Each badge which admits him/her without charge, (does not include family members), to all athletic events sponsored by the Gwinnett County Board of Education. “This does not include free admission to region or state tournament competition.”

*Invitational tournaments organized and run by booster clubs MUST honor the GHSA pass, the Gwinnett County Employee pass and the Gwinnett County Senior Citizen pass. *

RANK ONE: Physicals and Paperwork

Effective Immediately, ALL athletes participating in Spring/Summer Conditioning as well as Spring/Summer Tryouts must have all their information and Physicals uploaded to the Rank One system.
