Final Transcript Requests

HOW TO REQUEST A FINAL TRANSCRIPT


NCAA: If you need a transcript sent to NCAA, send it through your GA Futures account. Instead of selecting a college, select NCAA in the drop-down menu.


GEORGIA- IN STATE TRANSCRIPTS:

 

  1. Log into your GA Futures account - www.gafutures.org
  2. DO NOT request your transcript until AFTER June 1st. GCPS does not send your fi nal transcript to GAFutures until June, so if you request your transcript before then, it will be your OLD transcript from January.
  3. Follow these directions AFTER June 1st: Directions to send a transcript via GAFutures
  4. If for some reason, you are unable to send your transcript through GAFutures, follow the directions below for OUT OF STATE transcript requests and mail your offi cial transcript to your college.


OUT OF STATE TRANSCRIPTS OR SCHOLARSHIPS:


If you are attending college out of state or need an offi cial transcript for a scholarship

 

  1. Order an official Shiloh HS transcript on My Payments Plus under “Events and Activities”. Offi cial transcripts are $5. (After June 31st please come to the school to pay as MPP access will expire for graduating seniors)
  2. Come to Shiloh AFTER June 1st to pick up your sealed offi cial transcript. DO NOT OPEN THE ENVELOPE.
  3. Address the envelope and mail your transcript to your college. Shiloh HS cannot mail your transcript directly to your college.


UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS:


Go to your StudentVUE, click on Documents, and then on HS Transcripts.
