Registration Process
Please make sure you have completed the online registration and uploaded all documentation before coming to the school to complete the registration. Failure to bring all required documents may result in delayed student registration. We encourage the enrolling parent/guardian to email or upload enrollment documents prior your visit to the school.

New to Gwinnett County Public Schools
- If this is your first time enrolling online with Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) you will need to create a new account. An email will be sent to you with your login information. (See below for instructions)
CLICK HERE TO BEGIN THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS. - Complete online registration on the Parent Portal website using the account information sent to your email.
- Gather all required documents and upload to your online registration account or bring to your appointment. (See below for required documents)
- Come to Shiloh High School on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 8 AM to 11 AM to complete the registration process.
Previously Enrolled/Returning to Gwinnett County Public Schools:
- Complete online registration on ParentVUE using the account information sent to your email. Click here to access ParentVUE website to log in.
- Gather all required documents. We encourage the enrolling parent/guardian to upload enrollment documents prior to your registration appointment to expedite the registration process. (See below for required documents).
- Come to Shiloh High School on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 8 AM to 11 AM to complete the registration process.
Entering from outside the United States:
- Contact the International Newcomer Center (INC) at (678) 985-5200
- If this is your first time enrolling online with Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) you will need to create a new account. An email will be sent to you with your login information. (See below for instructions)

- Gather all required documents including your INC paperwork and bring to your appointment (See below for required documents)

Permissive Transfer Form
This form is for students wishing to attend another school outside of their attendance zone.

Records Release
Please complete this form and return to Shiloh HS so we may request records from a previous school.

Residency Affidavit

This form shall be completed for students seeking enrollment in Gwinnett County Public Schools, who live with their parents or legal guardians but reside in the home of another adult. Residency Affidavits should be resubmitted annually at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of each school year.

* Please note that failure to produce the required documents can result in delaying registration and start date for your student. If withdrawing school does not provide you with all documents (transcript/withdrawal grades, attendance, discipline) you will need to come by Shiloh High School and sign a release for records form. We can then fax a records request to the previous school. Please note that we require one day to request these records.
* If your student receives Special Education Services please contact Shanice Turner (Shanice.Turner@gcpsk12.org) or Sandra James (Sandra.James@gcpsk12.org). All documents must be presented at registration or prior in order to ensure the student is scheduled properly.

We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child.
Once you complete and submit the online withdrawal form, you will be contacted by a school representative to verify your id and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal if needed for your child.
Please email your completed withdrawal form to Ms. Cade, our registrar, at esther.e.cade@gcpsk12.org
You need to complete both forms below.
Transcript Requests

If you are requesting a transcript for a post-secondary institution located in Georgia, please submit a request through the students' GAFutures account on GA Futures website
If you need to request school records, please complete a records request form and email the completed form to the registrar, at esther.e.cade@gcpsk12.org. A $5.00 payment is required for each request and should be paid on My Payments Plus. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
